Who We Are
Action for Peace and Nonviolence (APN) is a youth-led Community Based Organization (C.B.O) founded in 2022 to address the growing challenges of violence, social division, and limited opportunities affecting young people and communities.
We work to empower youth with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to become active agents of peace, nonviolence, and positive social change. Through education, advocacy, leadership development, sports, and community engagement, APN creates opportunities for individuals and communities to thrive together.
Our Journey
APN was established in response to the growing need for peaceful coexistence, youth empowerment, and community resilience. Recognizing the challenges faced by many young people, our founders envisioned an organization that would inspire hope, promote understanding, and equip youth with practical tools to address social issues through nonviolent approaches.
Today, APN continues to grow as a platform where young people can learn, lead, and contribute to building stronger and more inclusive communities.
